General Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the New Gate Ethiopia Tours website and services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Tour Booking
All bookings are subject to availability.
To confirm your booking, a deposit may be required. The full payment must be received before the tour departure date unless otherwise stated.
By booking, you agree to provide accurate personal information for booking purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are correct.
Payment
Payments for tours can be made through the available payment methods on the website (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal).
Payment must be received in full before the start of the tour unless a payment plan is agreed upon.
In case of currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment will be used.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation request.
Tour Changes
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, dates, or accommodations for reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, local regulations, etc.). In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund if necessary.
Tour Participation
Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations during the tour.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are physically fit and prepared for the tour activities.
We are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages that occur during the tour unless caused by negligence on our part.
Liability
New Gate Ethiopia Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property while participating in our tours.
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political situations, or natural disasters.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not comply with the behavior standards or acts inappropriately during the tour.
Any participant who disrupts the tour, endangers the safety of others, or does not follow the tour leader’s instructions may be asked to leave without a refund.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ethiopia.
Modifications to Terms
New Gate Ethiopia Tours reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a booking.
